I found a very useful plug in for mozilla.It is named as clip mark.As the name suggests,you can clip the particular part of a web page which you want(generally they are videos).Then you can post it in your blog/mail it.Here I have posted a video in this method only!!!It is a video on using this plug in.You can check it too.
